- Our Promise: If we don’t secure a signed lease with a qualified tenant within 90 days, or fail to meet our service standards (e.g., timely maintenance or accurate reporting), you’re eligible for a refund.
Terms and Conditions:
- Your property must meet local habitability standards and be available for showings.
- You agree to list at our recommended rental price, based on a comprehensive market analysis.
- For tenant placement, you must approve qualified tenants meeting our criteria (e.g., stable income, clean background).
- For management services, the guarantee applies to core duties like rent collection, maintenance coordination, and reporting, as outlined in our agreement.
- Excludes third-party costs (e.g., advertising, repairs, or legal fees) and cases where you withdraw the property or reject tenants unreasonably.
- The 90-day period begins when the property is listed or management starts, whichever is applicable.
